No matter what you order or how many items you order, postage does not exceed £0.99. (UK Only)

All orders are usually sent the next working day, but please leave up to 7 days. If you require next day delivery please contact us. Login to your account to see the progress of your order.

Returns

If for any reason you need to return any items to us then please return to us within 7 days of the item delivered, we can only accept items which are unopened. Please visit the Department of Trade and Industry's website at: http://www.dti.gov.uk/ccp/topics1/guide/homeshop.htm#cooling for further information.

Please deliver to the address on your documentation. We advise you to send recorded delivery if over £50. You need to include all the original unopened packaging. We do not refund either postage unless the items are faulty.

All refunds will be given at the discretion of Character Shop
